Fantastic. I do drive a Toyota as my daily driver, so this car felt familiar to me. But still, it feels solid around corners at high speeds and it’s super responsive at lower speeds. Parking this thing was a pleasure (especially compared to some of the larger SUVs I’ve been driving lately.
Not great. For a stop, it takes the Corolla a long time to build up speed. And you never get the sensation of the car pulling you forward. It’s just a slow and steady increase in speed.
But I didn’t have any issues passing cars on the interstate at higher speeds and over all the car performed fine. It’s not “fun” to drive.
Great car for the price. Super reliable. Decent technology. But horrible acceleration.
